The blend composition is 44% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier and the wine has spent 5 years on lees before dbefore recent disgorgement. Tasting notes Lots of crisp apple and pear fruit characters on the palate with a fine, persistent mousse. Theres a long finish which shows some biscuity
